Forms
There are some forms that need to be filled out before I can work on your
shipment.
A Power of Attorney is required by U.S. Customs and
Border Protection, that officially designates me as your Customs
Broker for your current and/or future shipments, and informs
you of your obligations to pay the necessary duty and fees
regarding your import. Please do not hesitate asking
any questions about these documents or any other documsnts for US Customs and other government agencies such as EPA and DOT.
